We blend Fireside Winery’s rich and flavorful red or white wine with your favorite Bloody Mary mix for a savory, slightly spicy cocktail that’s as unexpected as it is delicious. Garnish with olives, pickles, or a celery stalk, and enjoy this unique sipper for brunch, game day, or any time you’re feeling adventurous!
Ingredients
- Pint Glass
- Ice
- Bloody Mary Mix. For regular Bloody Mary Mix, we recommend Zing Zang. For spicy, we enjoy Lola’s made here in Iowa.
- Dry White Wine ( LaCrosse or Brianna ) or Dry Red Wine (Crownfire )
- Your favorite garnishments: cheese curds, bacon, pickle, olives and celery (optional)
Directions
- Fill pint glass with ice
- Pour 5 oz (about ½ of the cup) Bloody Mary Mix (spicy or regular) over the ice
- Fill the rest of the glass with wine
- Add your favorite garnishes like cheese curds, bacon, pickle, olives and celery (optional)
Another option add on, before filling your glass with ice, dip the rim in water and then dip the glass in Bloody Mary rimming salts or Tajin.
